Jo says, “There are so many delicious cheeses available at Christmas time, whether you hit the supermarket deli counter or seek the advice of an artisan cheesemonger it’s a great time to sample something new. Once you’ve got the cheese sorted, there’s just the accompaniments. My personal favourites are Peters Yard Crackers, celery and a sliced apple.”

Some really good crisps and dips
She says, “My ultimate snack for Christmas time is crisps and dip. They have to be proper crisps though, not just an everyday bag of crisps. My personal favourite are Pipers Crisps with a selection of tex-mex inspired dips, guacamole, sour cream and tomato salsa. I like to put them in a big bowl to share with my whole family.”

“Palmiers are one of my favourite snacks to enjoy over the festive season. Rolled up with smoked salmon or Parma ham they are one of my favourite festive treats. I love to make my own, this is my favourite recipe.”
