The Ultimate Sharing Camerbert

Sure, Camerbert is good, especially during the festive season. But have you tried it with the added crunch of our fava beans?!

Recipe Information:

Serving size: 2-4

Prep time: 20 minutes

Vegetarian

Ingredients:

  • A tsp of cold-pressed rapeseed oil (we love the littleseed one)
  • 1 whole Camerbert
  • A pinch of chilli flakes 
  • A few sprigs of thyme
  • Crushed Fava Beans (we used a mix of Chilli & Lemon and Garlic & Herb)
  • Bread of crackers to serve 

Method:

  1. Score a cross on top of the Camerbert and drizzle the oil over the top. 

  2. Sprinkle the chilli flakes and thyme over the top and cook in the oven on a baking tray for 20 minutes.

  3. In the meantime, add your favourite flavours of roasted fava bean snacks (don't be afraid to mix them!) to a pestel and mortar, or crush in bag, and leave to the side. 

  4. Add Sprinkle the crushed beans over the melted cheese and use bread of crackers to dip in and serve!
