Gut-Loving 5 Bean Chilli

Gut-Loving 5 Bean Chilli

Recipe #3 of Fibre-Febuary is a hearty gut-loving 5 bean chilli!

Loaded with flavour, fibre, and a rainbow of beans, it’s a one‑pot wonder that’s as nourishing as it is satisfying. Perfect for weeknight dinners, meal‑prep, or feeding a crowd, it can be a more afforadable (and filling!) version than a meat.

Simple ingredients. Big flavours.
