Roasted Cabbage Side Dish
Recipe #2 of Fibre-Febuary is a super easy side dish that even Vogue agrees is sexy!
As Vogue have said themselves, 2026 is the year for the cabbage, and we couldn't agree more! Naturally high in fibre, we have created a super easy roasted cabbage side dish, topped with Seweed and Miso roasted fava beans to add a explosion of crunch and flavour!
Best served with teriyaki tofu or just your favourite roast meat.

Ingredients:
- A tsp of Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil (we love the littleseed regen one!)
- 1 Savoy Cabbage
- A tsp od Chilli Flakes
- A tbsp of Papkrika
- 40g Seweed and Miso Roasted Fava Beans
Method:
- Chop the cabbage into quarters and lie them on a baking tray.
- Drizzle over the oil and sprinkle the chilli flakes and paprika over the top.
- Cook at 180 degrees (fan) for 25 minutes, turning them over half way through.
- Sprinkle with Seweed and Miso roasted fava beans for the added crunch and flavour.
