5 Ingredient Easy Pasta Salad with Lightly Salted Fava Beans
This healthy pasta salad with feta, tomato, cucumber, and roasted fava beans is a simple 5-ingredient recipe that’s packed with fresh flavour, plant-based protein, and crunch.

Ready in minutes, it’s ideal for meal prep, easy lunches, or a summer side dish.

Serving size: 4 as a side dish // 2 as a main 

Prep time: 10 minutes

Vegetarian

Ingredients:

  • 250g of cooked fusilli pasta 
  • 100g of cherry tomatoes (chopped in half)
  • 1/2 a cucumber (chopped into quarters)
  • 100g of crumbled feta cheese
  • 100g of Lightly Salted Roasted Fava Beans
  • A few fresh basil leaves

Method:

  1. Cook the pasta to the package instructions in salty water, drain and leave to cool.

  2. Chop the cucumber and tomatoes, and mix into the pasta. 

  3. Crumble the feta, sprinkle the crunchy Lightly Salted Roasted Fava Beans and top with fresh bail leaves to serve. 

Top with your favourite dressing (we're big fans of the Charlie & Ivy's Lemmon and Poppyseed one) to finsh it off!
