5 Ingredient Easy Pasta Salad with Lightly Salted Fava Beans
This healthy pasta salad with feta, tomato, cucumber, and roasted fava beans is a simple 5-ingredient recipe that’s packed with fresh flavour, plant-based protein, and crunch.
Ready in minutes, it’s ideal for meal prep, easy lunches, or a summer side dish.

Ingredients:
- 250g of cooked fusilli pasta
- 100g of cherry tomatoes (chopped in half)
- 1/2 a cucumber (chopped into quarters)
- 100g of crumbled feta cheese
- 100g of Lightly Salted Roasted Fava Beans
- A few fresh basil leaves
Method:

Cook the pasta to the package instructions in salty water, drain and leave to cool.

Chop the cucumber and tomatoes, and mix into the pasta.
- Crumble the feta, sprinkle the crunchy Lightly Salted Roasted Fava Beans and top with fresh bail leaves to serve.
