Method:

  1. Empty and drain the kidney beans and chickpeas, and mix together in a large bowl.

  2. Chop the cucumber, onion and celery into small cubes and add to the bowl of beans. 

  3. Finish with a generous sprinkling of Chilli and Lemon Roasted Fava Beans for a delicious spicy crunchy topping, and a third and final bean!
