Peanut Butter Date Bar

We're kicking off with this guilt-free sweet treat, a recipe you'll wish you found sooner... Rich, creamy, with an added crunch from the beans, this delicious Peanut Butter Date Bar is high in fibre and plant-based protein, rich in antioxidents and low in saturated fats.
No cook. Quick to make. Keeps the fridge stocked with healther sweet treat alternatives.

Ingredients:
- 12 - 15 Pitted Dates
- 30g Peanut Butter
- 100g Dark Chocolate
- 50g lightly salted Roasted Fava Beans
- Pinch of Salt
Method:
- Line a baking tray with grease proof paper.
- Cut the dates in half and line the paper, flattening them down with a rolling pin.
- Add the peanut butter, and spread it out, evening covering all the dates.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of lightly salted roasted fava beans on top.
- Melt the dark chcolate, and add another even layer to finsh.
- Add a pinch of salt and pop in the fridge until hard.
- Cut up / break into pieces, and store in the fridge for the week ahead!
